Product Overview
The USB 2ES enables connection of up to the full 480Mbps speeds of USB 2.0 as well as USB 1.1 devices for up to 100 meters (328 ft.) over a single CAT 5e/6 Ethernet cable. Unlike other USB 2.0 extension devices, the USB 2ES supports all transaction types and is capable of supporting uncompressed HD video over USB. The USB 2ES also includes flexible power that allows the convenience of only needing to power one side (Local or Remote). Providing more flexible, accessible and/or hidden placement of devices, the dual-port USB extender is great for video cameras, microphones, speakers, flash drives, hard drives, or any other USB 2.0 or 1.1 device.
