We take your satisfaction seriously. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, please contact us and we will work to make it right.  Like our name suggests, we provide our products and service with clarity and fidelity, guaranteed! Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 60-days of delivery for a full refund with original packaging.  No shipping costs or restocking fees!   If you ultimately need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, and details about the return, to begin the Return (RMA) process.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order. You should expect to receive your refund within 4-weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  Once we receive the return, we process it typically within 3-5 business days.  

Advance Replacements
We understand having to make a return is an inconvenience.  So, to limit downtime as much as reasonably possible, we offer advance replacement to and through our registered reseller or integrator.  To qualify, you must be a registered reseller or integrator with Clarifi at the time of purchase. In addition, the product must be within the warranty period from the original date of purchase and must have received an RMA number.   within the terms of the products warranty being returned for repair or replacement

Sales Tax
Sales tax is not included in list prices and are assessed AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE STATE LAWS. No tax will be assessed to resellers that submit current resale certificates from the appropriate state or to tax-exempt businesses that submit a current tax-exemption form from the appropriate state.

Payment
ClariFi accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  We do not add any credit card surcharges.  Open account terms may be available to qualifying customers. Please contact us at sales@clarifiav.com or at 952-250-2500 for more information.  For products purchased on credit, ClariFi retains a purchase money security interest under the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the State of Minnesota until payment in full has been made. In the event payment is not made as required, Clarifi shall have all the rights and remedies of a secured creditor under the Minnesota U.C.C. provisions. You agree to execute financing statements and other documents as Clarifi may request in order to protect Clarifi’s security interest.

Shipping
ClariFi makes every effort to stock product and typically ships from our facility within 1-2 days of order acknowledgement. Our standard shipping terms, via ground transportation (Terms FOB Origin) to customers in the US only.  International shipment terms are Ex-Works from our facility. We can provide drop shipping at no charge and priority shipping service upon request, which we may charge an additional fee for. We will provide shipment confirmation and tracking upon request.

Product Trial
ClariFi offers authorized customers 30-days to try products before buying to ensure it is expected to work as intended. Requests for the 30-day trial are offered on all products, and must be accompanied with a valid Purchase Order (PO) at the normal dealer price with a valid credit card. As long as unit is received back within 30-days in original packaging and in new, re-sellable condition, reseller will not be charged for the unit. If the unit is kept beyond 30-days, normal billing will apply.
