True to our name, If anything is not to your liking throughout your experience with us, please contact us so we can make it right! If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of any product from ClariFi for any reason, it can be returned in its original packaging within 30-days for a full refund.

To assure you receive the highest level of service, a return authorization number must be obtained from ClariFi before products are returned.  Products must be shipped to ClariFi, prepaid along with proof of purchase ONLY after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from the ClariFi.

Limited Warranty Information

Active Optical Cables

Clarifi AV offers a limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of invoice. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, ClariFi will repair, replace, to its original operating condition or refund for credit at its sole option.

USB Extender Systems

Clarifi AV offers a limited warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of invoice. In the event of a malfunction during the warranty period, ClariFi will repair, replace, to its original operating condition or refund for credit at its sole option.

General Statement

This Limited Warranty does not apply if the fault has been caused by misuse, improper handling care, electrical or mechanical abuse, abnormal operating conditions or non-ClariFi authorized modification to the product. ClariFi AV makes no further warranties either expressed or implied with respect to the product and its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular use. In no event will ClariFi be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from any defect in this product even if ClariFi has been advised of such damage. Please note that laws vary from state to state and country to country, and that some provisions of this warranty may not apply to you.
